Jess is a Latina Actress, Director, Educator & Wife. Born and raised in Westchester County, NY, Jess has traveled the country on various contracts with her husband Ross and dog Chance. The Griffins have  relocated from NYC to the Berkshires, where Jess is currently Associate Director of Education and Director of the Musical Theatre Conservatory at Barrington Stage Company.
